Sales Administration Team

The Sales Administration and Accounts Team is led by Grainne Kelly, who has been with the company since 1996. As well as overseeing all company operations, Grainne manages and guides all members of her department. Our Sales Administration Team ensure our reputation for world class after sales service is upheld to the highest standard. With extensive product knowledge and a passion for customer service, we offer the best before, during and after purchase.

Business Development

Our Business Development Team is led by Pat Rooney, Sales Director. With a wealth of knowledge and experience of all our products, Pat knows the industry inside out and back to front. Responsible for merchandising and covering the whole island of Ireland, our Business Development Team offer advice and support to our retailers. They bring with them a wealth of knowledge on new and cutting edge products that Phloor have specifically tailored for the Irish market.

Warehouse – Unit 8

Our Cutting Warehouse is managed by Ronan Gantly who started his journey with Phloor in 2018 as a driver but was quickly promoted to Warehouse Manager and Health & Safety Officer. Aided by our state of the art cutting machine with automatic sorting conveyor belts, he oversees all cut length orders, making sure they pass quality control and are processed and passed for delivery, in a timely fashion to ensure they end up on the correct routes.

Warehouse – Unit 2

Our Head Quarters Roll Warehouse is managed by Jurijs Budniks who oversees all goods inwards, roll orders and roll stock dispatch via our Transport Team. All product sampling and merchandising is organised and checked by Jurijs before dispatch to our customers.

Transport

Transport manager Rory O’Conor, who has been a part of the Phloor Team since 1998, in his time with the company he has developed and maintained impeccable standards within our high paced, busy warehouse. Under Rory’s supervision, our Transport Team cover the length and breadth of the country, ensuring all orders are dispatched on time in our fleet of vehicles.
